Position Summary

Eventus WholeHealth delivers an integrated model of care to adults residing in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through a network of healthcare providers, including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Medical Assistants, and in-house Support Staff.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide mental health services in accordance with Eventus WholeHealth site-specific protocols and the standard of care for family medicine, geriatric medicine, and internal medicine in long-term care settings.

Qualifications/Education

• Masters degree in Nursing from an accredited institution and a valid license to practice medicine in your state, along with current certification for your duties.

OR

• Graduation from an accredited physician assistant program, passing the national certification exam, and licensure as a Physician Assistant in your state. Specialization in geriatrics, family, or psychiatry is preferred.
