Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct history and physical examinations, review lab results, monitor blood levels, manage sick calls, and prepare discharge plans.
• Provide medical support and resources for adult residential and detox services.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and psychiatrists as appropriate.
• Partner with nursing staff to ensure medications are cost-effective and assist with prior authorization requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Our new facility in Concord, MA provides comprehensive behavioral health services, including psychiatry, addiction recovery, and mental disorder treatment, to clients at all stages of recovery.

PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location: Concord, MA
Hourly Rate: $135 per hour and up (based on credentials and experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct history and physical examinations, review lab results, monitor blood levels, manage sick calls, and prepare discharge plans (including physician orders and prescriptions when prescriptive authority is held).
• Provide medical support and resources for adult residential and detox services.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and psychiatrists as appropriate, in collaboration with the nursing team.
• Partner with nursing staff to ensure medications are cost‑effective upon discharge and assist with prior authorization requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
