Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant – PRN

Silvermist Recovery | Pyramid Healthcare | Renfrew, PA

Pay: $80–$85 per hour

Schedule: PRN (As Needed)

Silvermist Recovery, part of the Pyramid Healthcare network, is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Renfrew, PA. In this role, you’ll provide psychiatric services to adult clients in residential treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for new and existing clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with state regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to deliver holistic, coordinated care.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and medications.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania (required).
• Psychiatric/mental health experience required; PMHNP certification strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a treatment team.
