About the Opportunity

You'll play a vital role in helping patients experience significant improvements in their lives through our cutting-edge therapies. We're looking for someone eager to learn and grow within the exciting field of age management and integrative medicine. While we provide comprehensive on-the-job training, candidates should have a keen interest and willingness to learn about:

• Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT): Our core specialty involves balancing and optimizing hormones for men and women as they age.
• Acoustic Wave Therapy (TheraWave): Providing non-invasive, drug-free, and surgery-free treatment for conditions like erectile dysfunction and Peyronie's disease.
• Medical Weight Loss: Consulting on our program which integrates injectable semaglutide with in-house nutritionist-led health coaching.
• Sexual Health Optimization: Learning about and consulting on low-intensity shockwave therapy (LISWT) for erectile dysfunction and other techniques for both men and women.
• Nutritional & Lifestyle Counseling: Guiding patients on dietary and other lifestyle habits to promote optimal health and aging.
• Basic Supplements & Vitamins: Understanding their role in overall health optimization.
  

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have some job experience in family medicine/primary care, emergency medicine, and/or urgent care. Most importantly, you must be:

• Kind, charismatic, and empathetic: Possessing excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine desire to connect with patients.
• Comfortable with intimate subjects: Able to discuss a variety of sensitive topics with patients without judgment, putting them at ease.
• Proficient in Minor Procedures: Comfortable with wound and infection management, and treating simple soft tissue infections.
• Detail-Oriented: Capable of interpreting basic lab work, making patient phone calls, adjusting doses, and refilling prescriptions.

You'll receive hands-on training for inserting subcutaneous hormone pellets in both men and women and learn our protocols for optimizing health with bioidentical hormones. You should also be comfortable with soft tissue injections in various locations.

Our Collaborative Approach

As a specialty practice, we focus exclusively on regenerative and age management therapies. All patients are expected to maintain regular primary care providers to whom they can be referred for any issues outside of our scope.

Compensation & Workload

This position offers a base pay plus bonus opportunities. The anticipated workload is flexible, ranging from 1-3 days per week, depending on the candidate's availability.
