OptumCare in Compton, CA, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who delivers patient-centered care with time to address each patient’s needs. You will perform exams, evaluations and diagnosis, working within a collaborative team in a supportive environment.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and compensation ranges from $113,000 to $173,000 per year with base pay plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted CA license required.
• CA DEA certificate required prior to start date.
• Certificate of completion from an accredited NP or PA program.
• EMR proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment.
• See patients of all ages, newborns to geriatric age.
• Patient volume is 18-20 on average.
• M-F, 8am-5pm.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $113,000 - $173,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
