Optum is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our South Bay, CA team, focusing on patient care over volume. You will provide and manage direct patient care, perform exams, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments, and work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Ideal candidates have CA license, CA DEA certificate, and graduation from an accredited NP or PA program with EMR proficiency. New grads welcome.

• Unrestricted CA License.
• CA DEA certificate required prior to start date.
• Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant school.

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $113,000 - $173,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
