Job summary

Jefferson City Medical Group (JCMG) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Oncology clinic in Jefferson City, MO. You will work independently with organizational support in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

The role offers a Monday–Friday 8 am–5 pm schedule with a comprehensive benefits package and potential productivity incentives based on performance. Base salary is commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Current, active license as a Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri.
• OCN or AOCNP preferred.
• Degree from an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
• Current, active license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Join an Oncology clinic and work independently while receiving organization support.
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm. Base compensation plus productivity incentives.

Jefferson City Medical Group (JCMG) is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our dynamic, growing Oncology clinic. This role will allow you to work independently while being supported by the organization.

• Monday-Friday 8 am- 5 pm only

QUALIFICATIONS

Total compensation for this position is a combination of a competitive base salary and productivity incentives.

• Base Salary: dependent on years of experience
• Productivity bonus paid on a quarterly basis
