MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLc in Florida is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join an outpatient primary care team in Arcadia. This physician-led practice emphasizes value-based care, preventive medicine, and building meaningful patient relationships.

The role focuses on adult and senior care in a 100% outpatient setting with a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights, no weekends, and no call. Eligible candidates are NP or PA with active Florida license or ability to obtain.

Qualifications

• NP or PA with Florida license or ability to obtain license
• Primary Care experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Interest in value-based medicine
