Job summary

MEDICAL ON DEMAND LLc is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for an outpatient primary care role in Port Orange, Florida. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements.

You will see 12–16 adult patients per day, collaborate with a physician on complex cases, and provide comprehensive preventive and chronic care in a supportive team-based environment.

Qualifications

• MSN or MPAS is required.
• Board Certified NP or PA is required.
• Active Florida NP or PA license or eligibility to obtain.
• DEA registration is required.
• Minimum 2–3 years outpatient primary care experience.
• Experience in value-based care or Medicare Advantage a plus.
• Strong clinical decision-making and independent practice skills.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to start promptly.

Responsibilities

A growing outpatient primary care practice in Port Orange, Florida is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team as the practice expands.

This is a meaningful opportunity for an APP who brings real clinical experience and the confidence to work collaboratively alongside a physician in a growing practice environment. You will see 12–16 adult patients per day in a supportive, team-based setting with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.

Schedule & Practice Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday — specific hours provided upon inquiry
• Patient Volume: 12–16 adult patients per day — adults only
