Job summary

American Family Care (AFC) is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our urgent care team. You’ll provide patient-centered care across all ages in a 100% outpatient setting, with no overnights or on-call responsibilities, and you’ll work in a collaborative, supportive environment that prioritizes work-life balance.

• Perform minor procedures such as suturing, splinting, and incision & drainage
• Conduct comprehensive physicals, including DOT and employment exams
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, X-rays, EKGs)
