Novant Health Urgent Care is seeking a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner to join our growing urgent care family. The provider works with the support of our teams of patient services representatives, nurses, medical assistants, and x-ray techs to serve our diverse populations ages 6 months and above.

An ideal candidate would have a Master's degree in either Nurse Practitioner (Family NP) or Physician Assistant, active SC licensure, DEA and SC Controlled Substance, and DOT

Qualifications

• Master's degree in either Nurse Practitioner (Family NP) or Physician Assistant.
• Active SC licensure
• Active DEA and SC Controlled Substance
• DOT Certification
• 2+ years of experience working in either family practice or urgent care setting
• Willing to work 12 hour shifts and weekends
• Willing to work at other centers as needed
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to reflect our mission, vision, and values through actions and conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in urgent care setting for patients 6 months and up.
• Collaborate with patient services representatives, nurses, medical assistants, and x-ray techs.
• Work 12-hour shifts and weekends as required.
• Be flexible to work at other centers as needed.

• Willing to work at other centers as needed
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
