Goodwin Recruiting seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an urgent care position in Brooklyn, NY. Role blends in-office urgent care with telehealth services and offers flexible scheduling and strong team support.

Active NY NP or PA license preferred with 2+ years of clinical experience, in urgent care, ER, family or primary care. Will treat both adults and children and work collaboratively in a clinical team.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Requirements & Qualifications

• Active New York NP or PA license
• Preferred 2+ years of clinical experience
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, family medicine, primary care, pediatrics, or internal medicine
• Comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients
• Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a clinical team

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients with acute conditions such as respiratory illnesses, infections, rashes, and gastrointestinal issues
• Conduct appropriate examinations and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice
• Perform telehealth visits as neededIdentify patients requiring referrals or higher levels of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure quality care
