CCH Healthcare seeks a Physician Assistant to support Urgent Care Centers in Brooklyn and Queens, NY. The role is per diem with a minimum of 2 shifts weekly, typically 12-hour blocks, including 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm, and 10am-10pm.

Salary is $85/hour. Candidates should have ER/Urgent Care experience, be ready to start immediately, and able to work at least 6 shifts per month, with a preference for weekend availability. Perks include working with a team dedicated to serving homeless populations.

We're seeking a Physician Assistant to work closely with our team of healthcare professionals for our Urgent Care Centers.

Urgent Care Centers are open 7 days a week.

• 12-hour shifts - Per Diem, a minimum of 2 shifts a week
• Shift times: 7am-7pm, 8am-8pm, 10 am – 10pm
• Salary: $85/hour

Requirements

• Candidates must have ER or Urgent Care experience (experience doing Urgent Care NP/PA tasks i.e. sutures, splinting, standard procedures, etc…)
• Preferred if they know eCW (e Clinical Works) but not necessarily required.
• Candidates should be able to be put to work right away. They are looking for someone who has worked as an NP/PA before and is ready to go without needing to be trained.
• Needs to be able to do a minimum of 6 shifts a month, preferably weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be interested in working with the homeless population
• Family or Adult, Geriatric Nurse Practitioner
• Must have Urgent Care experience
• Experience with Sutures and Splits
• Physician Assistant License
• Covid vaccine card and 2 forms of valid ID to secure a slot
