Job summary

ARS Treatment Centers specializes in outpatient treatment for opiate addiction and seeks an experienced NP or PA to teach and mentor our nursing team. The role emphasizes adherence to treatment policies, state and federal regulations, and collaborative care with the Medical Director.

The ideal candidate has PA/NP licensure in Pennsylvania and experience in addiction treatment, with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Pennsylvania.
  • Training or experience in treating persons with opiate addiction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintains professional standards and follows clinic treatment policies and state/federal regulations.
  • Provides training to medical staff and participates in case conferences.
  • Prepares reports and reviews records as needed by the Medical Director/Executive Director.
  • Conducts history and physicals and assists in dosing when needed.
  • Follows up with patients regarding Treatment Team recommendations.
  • Represents HIPAA and CARF standards in daily practice.
