Job summary

UMass Memorial Medical Group seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our adult Critical Care team in Worcester, MA. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and provide autonomous, high-level care within a busy SICU.

Leadership and education initiatives are integral to the role. Candidates should have NP or PA certification, MA license, and acute/critical care experience.

Qualifications

• NP or PA must hold relevant Massachusetts license and national certification.
• Acute/Critical Care experience required.
• Autonomy in clinical decision-making with collaboration when needed.
