Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license in the state of Florida.
• Master's degree or higher in Nursing (FNP, AGNP) or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Current DEA registration and ability to prescribe medications.
• Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or primary care preferred.
• BLS/ACLS certification required.
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent bedside manner with a patient-first attitude.
• Ability to manage and work with small self-directed teams.
• US work authorization (Required).
• Must have US bank account.

Responsibilities

• Work independently with patients.
• Provide primary care support including physical examinations and vitals checks.
• Examine personal and family medical histories.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment and follow-up care.
• Administer prescriptions, shots, and immunizations.
• Perform minor procedures such as wound care and suturing.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Accurately document encounters and maintain medical records.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently with patients

• Physical examinations
• Checking vitals and BMI
• Examine personal and family medical histories
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
• Prescribe medications and provide patient education on treatment and follow-up care
• Prescriptions, shots, and immunizations
• Perform minor procedures such as wound care, suturing, splinting, and laceration repair
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care
• Accurately document patient encounters and maintain thorough medical records
