Job summary

US Fertility is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join Shady Grove Fertility in Wexford, PA. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM with call every third weekend.

You will educate patients about infertility, perform pre- and post-procedure assessments, discuss treatment protocols, and assist with ultrasound procedures. A NP or PA license is required, and women's health experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Women’s health preferred; training will be provided.
• Valid NP or PA license required.
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Wexford, Pennsylvania.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and call every third weekend; 1 to 2 rotating half-day holidays will be required
• Compensation: $55+ per hour (commensurate with experience)
