US Fertility is seeking a Patient Service Representative to join our Towson, Maryland team. This role supports our network of fertility centers and provides exceptional patient service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll coordinate scheduling, handle insurance and billing questions, and collaborate with physicians and staff to ensure smooth patient flow. Monday–Friday, some weekends; competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of applicable work experience.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance/benefits, medical terminology and medical billing.
• Experience working in an OB/GYN office is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, independent worker, detailed-oriented, computer savvy.
• High level of customer service essential.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Patient Service Representative to join our team atShady Gove Fertility in Towson, Maryland.

• Schedule: Monday though Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with occasional weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year; May occasionally float to our Baltimore Harbor office (infrequent)
• Compensation: $20 to $23 per hour (commensurate with experience)
