US Fertility, the nation’s leading network of physician‑led fertility practices, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider for Shady Grove Fertility in Wexford, Pennsylvania. Schedule is weekdays with weekend call and possible holidays; compensation starts at $55+ per hour, commensurate with experience.

You will join a nationally respected team, collaborating with 200+ physicians to support patient care, education, and treatment planning in a fast‑growing fertility program.

Qualifications

• Women’s health preferred; training will be provided.
• Valid NP or PA license required.
• High level of customer service essential and must be a self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients and couples about infertility causes and plans.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑procedure assessment and teaching.
• Consult with patients regarding treatment protocols and testing.
• Perform various procedures.
• Make measurements and calculations for ultrasound procedures.

Opportunity Overview

We have an immediate opening for an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at Shady Grove Fertility in Wexford, Pennsylvania.

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and call every third weekend; 1 to 2 rotating half-day holidays will be required
• Compensation: $55+ per hour (commensurate with experience)
