Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• 2+ years of experience with strong adult assessment and clinical documentation skills.

• Comfortable working independently within a multidisciplinary care setting.

You’ll provide comprehensive evaluations for adult patients in a structured outpatient setting, with 45‑minute appointments that give you actual time with each person. No call responsibilities, and no high‑volume productivity metrics hanging over your day.

The patient population is adults presenting with chronic health concerns, musculoskeletal conditions, mental health symptoms, and complex medical histories, so the clinical work stays varied and substantive.
