Job summary

Qualifications

• Active NP or PA license required.
• 2+ years of adult assessment and clinical documentation experience.
• Experience with medically complex adult populations preferred.
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary setting.
• Backgrounds in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, occupational medicine, urgent care, or adult medicine are a plus.
