Job summary

Integra Vascular is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our patient-centered vascular team. You will perform on-site assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians to provide high-quality care at client facilities.

Responsibilities include age-appropriate histories, ordering tests, monitoring interventions, and maintaining regulatory compliance while educating families and facility staff about services.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• ACLS certification.
• Infection control certification.
• Strong clinical collaboration with physicians.
• Proficient computer skills.
• PACS and EMR experience preferred.
• Committed to professional growth and learning.
• Clean driving record.
• Personally owned vehicle required.
• Local travel required.
• Not listed on the OIG exclusion list.

• Performs on-site screening clinical assessments to determine patient treatment plans.
• Functions independently for age-appropriate history and physical for complex perioperative patients.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests relative to patient’s needs.
• Assists with care in accordance with regulations.
• Monitors effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintains relationships with facility contacts.
• Educates family, clients, and accounts about services and programs.
• Assists with physician relations as assigned.
• Completes weekly and monthly reports.
• Other duties as assigned by Medical Director.

Responsibilities:

• Performs on-site screening clinical assessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans of residents at client facilities by the completion of a comprehensive assessment

• Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill perioperative patients

• Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient’s age-specific needs

• Assists with the provision of care in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations

• Monitors the effectiveness of interventions

• Maintains relationships with all appropriate contacts in facilities

• Educates family members, clients, and prospective accounts regarding services and programs

• Assists with the development and maintenance of physician relations, as assigned

• Completes weekly, monthly, and other reports, as assigned, in a timely and comprehensive manner

• Other Duties as assigned by Medical Director
