Job summary

Integra Vascular is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team, performing on-site screening and comprehensive patient assessments at client facilities to support early diagnosis and onsite care.

Applicants must hold a valid NP/PA license, ACLS, and infection control certification, and demonstrate strong collaboration with physicians. Proficiency with EMR/PACS and a clean driving record with a personal vehicle is required; local travel is expected.

Qualifications

  • Current Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant license.
  • Degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
  • ACLS and infection control certification.
  • Strong clinical collaboration with physicians.
  • Proficient computer skills and EMR/PACS experience.
  • Clean driving record and own vehicle; local travel required.

Responsibilities

  • Performs on-site screening and comprehensive assessments at client facilities.
  • Conducts age-appropriate history and physicals for perioperative patients.
  • Orders/interprets diagnostic tests as needed.
  • Assists with care per regulations and monitors intervention outcomes.
  • Maintains relationships with facility contacts and educates families.
  • Supports physician relations and completes required reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Performs on-site screening clinical assessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans of residents at client facilities by the completion of a comprehensive assessment
  • Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill perioperative patients
  • Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient’s age-specific needs
  • Assists with the provision of care in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations
  • Monitors the effectiveness of interventions
  • Maintains relationships with all appropriate contacts in facilities
  • Educates family members, clients, and prospective accounts regarding services and programs
  • Assists with the development and maintenance of physician relations, as assigned
  • Completes weekly, monthly, and other reports, as assigned, in a timely and comprehensive manner
  • Other Duties as assigned by Medical Director
Qualifications:
  • Current Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant License
  • Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant Program
  • ACLS
  • Current infection control certification
  • Strong clinical collaboration with physicians
  • Proficient computer skills
  • PACS and EMR experience preferred
  • Committed to professional growth and learning
  • Clean driving record
  • Personally owned vehicle required
