Saludclinic is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Fort Morgan, Colorado. You will provide comprehensive medical care, support patient self-management, and work in a collaborative team environment.

This position offers a starting salary of $108,100 to $141,850/year along with excellent benefits including a medical plan, flexible spending accounts, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in Colorado.
• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant preferred.

Job Description

We’re seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Salud Family Health in Fort Morgan, Co.

At Salud, our Physician Assistants & Nurse Practitioners approach their tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change. As a Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner at Salud, you will perform routine clinic operations, take histories, and make physical assessments, all the while adhering to the spirit of the SALUD mission statement.

Qualifications

Education:

• Must have graduated or been graduating from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

Licensure:

• Possess an unrestricted Physician Assistant license or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing in the State of Colorado

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• The ability to speak Spanish is strongly preferred
• Sensitivity to low-income and ethnic minority communities is a must

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in a clinical setting as a Nurse Practitioner / PhysicianAssistant preferred
