Integra Vascular LLC seeks a licensed NP/PA to perform on-site vascular care assessments at client facilities, conducting histories and physicals for complex perioperative patients. You will order tests, interpret results, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining strong relationships with facilities and physicians.

The role requires ACLS and infection control certification, a valid NP/PA license, and the ability to travel locally with a personal vehicle.

Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• ACLS certification.
• Current infection control certification.
• Clean driving record and access to a personal vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Performs on-site screening clinical assessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans.
• Conducts age-appropriate history and physicals for complex patients.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests per patient needs.
• Assists with care compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations.
• Monitors intervention effectiveness and maintains facility relationships.
• Educates family members and prospective accounts about services.
• Assists with physician relations and reports as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Performs on-site screening clinical assessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans of residents at client facilities by the completion of a comprehensive assessment

• Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and physical for complex acute, critical, and chronically ill perioperative patients

• Orders and interprets diagnostic and therapeutic tests relative to patient’s age-specific needs

• Assists with the provision of care in accordance with facility, state, and federal regulations

• Monitors the effectiveness of interventions

• Maintains relationships with all appropriate contacts in facilities

• Educates family members, clients, and prospective accounts regarding services and programs

• Assists with the development and maintenance of physician relations, as assigned

• Completes weekly, monthly, and other reports, as assigned, in a timely and comprehensive manner

• Other Duties as assigned by Medical Director

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant License

• Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant Program

• ACL S

• Current infection control certification

• Strong clinical collaboration with physicians

• Proficient computer skills

• PACS and EMR experience preferred

• Committed to professional growth and learning

• Clean driving record

• Personally owned vehicle required

• Local travel required
