Job summary

Humana seeks a Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive, value‑based care for seniors at the Southside clinic in Corpus Christi, Texas. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, pharmacists, care coaches, and behavioral health specialists to deliver high-quality, personalized care onsite.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• You will provide comprehensive care to seniors following clinical standards.

What We're Looking For

• You will have a Master's Degree in Nursing or completion of a PA program with board certification.
• You will have an active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice.
• If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

Preferred

• You will have 2 or more years of experience in value-based care, primary care or Medicare Advantage settings.
• You will have an active DEA license and Medicare/Medicaid provider numbers or the ability to obtain DEA license and/or Medicaid and Medicare numbers.

Pay Range

$123,800 - $170,300 per year. This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan based on company and/or individual performance.
