Jobot is seeking a dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a full-time, permanent on-site role in Reading, PA. You will provide comprehensive preventive care, coordinate care across settings, and manage medications for a diverse patient population.

Formación

• Current, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as NP/PA.
• Demonstrated expertise in preventive care, care coordination, medication management/prescribing, and population health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage patients and work well in a team.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. 1. Current, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
2. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
3. 3. Demonstrated expertise in preventive care, care coordination, medication management/prescribing, and population health.
4. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage patients and their families, and work effectively as part of a team.
5. 5. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
6. 6. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
7. 7. Ability to handle a high level of responsibility and work under pressure.
8. 8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
9. 9. Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
