Optum in Temple City, CA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who prioritizes patient care over volume. The role focuses on thorough assessments, diagnoses, and treatment with a typical patient load of 18–20 per day.

Qualifications

• CA license and CA DEA certificate required.
• Certification from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• EMR proficiency and ability to manage direct patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment.
• Patient volume of 18-20 patients on average.
• See patients of all ages, from newborns to geriatric.
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm.
