Qualifications

• Unrestricted CA License
• CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)

Responsibilities

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including examinations, evaluations, diagnoses and treatment.
• Maintain a patient volume of 18–20 on average.
• Care for patients from newborns to geriatric age.
• Work Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.
