The NP will deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care across the lifespan, perform exams, diagnose illnesses, order and interpret tests, and prescribe medications in collaboration with physicians.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Advanced Practice Nurse licensure required.
• Graduate degree from an accredited nursing program, such as a Master of Science in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and diagnose illnesses.
• Order and interpret lab tests and imaging as needed.
• Prescribe medications in collaboration with physicians.
• Develop and manage patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on health problems and home care.
• Coordinate patient transitions between care settings.
