Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Current BLS certification.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple care teams.

Responsibilities

• Takes initial patient histories and performs physical examinations.
• Writes orders for medications, labs, and tests; follows up on results.
• Performs daily patient rounds and documents plan of care.
• Consults with physicians and nurses to ensure quality care.
• Discharges with summaries, referrals, and aftercare instructions.
