Texas Health Physicians Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a full-time Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner to join a compassionate team delivering comprehensive palliative care to patients and families facing serious illness.

Texas Health Physicians Group has an opening for a Full-Time Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner. This is a new opportunity to join a passionate team to provide comprehensive palliative care services to any patient and family dealing with a serious illness. - Full Time, 40 hours per week
- Focus on the care and transition of patients in the inpatient setting.
- Knowledge of hospice regulations, end of life care services, and advance care
- Electronic Medical Records- EPIC
- Comprehensive benefit package including health, life, dental, vision CME, Malpractice and 401k
- Excellent communication skills, with both co-workers and patients and families.
