Job summary

The ideal candidate holds Texas RN licensure with eligibility for practice as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, and a Master’s in nursing is preferred. Must have prescriptive authority and a DEA number within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Texas required or eligible for licensure.
• Master’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience and two years of advanced practice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventive care and ongoing health maintenance for selected patients.
• Operate across settings from ambulatory to inpatient as part of the health care team.
• Care for well, acutely ill and chronically ill patients.
