As a frontline provider, you will interpret diagnostics, educate patients on treatment options, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated care. You will conduct complimentary consultations for prospective patients, support patient onboarding, document thoroughly in the EMR, and participate in administrative tasks to promote

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in integrated healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of integrated healthcare principles, wellness programs, and patient education.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed patient consultations, including reviewing medical histories and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, including integrative medical care and lifestyle adjustments.
• Educate patients about integrative care programs, treatment options, and preventive care strategies.
• Promote clinical services by helping patients make informed decisions about their health and wellness journey.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centric care that prioritizes patient satisfaction and comfort.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns, ensuring a positive experience throughout the treatment process.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure follow-up care is provided.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes in the EMR.
• Support administrative functions by providing necessary patient data for reports and ongoing care management.
