Concentra is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our on-site team in Newark, DE. The float position supports a busy occupational medicine setting with leadership and problem-solving opportunities, providing high-quality care in a family-oriented environment backed by a large organization.

You will assess patients, provide treatments, collaborate with therapists and specialists, and uphold evidence-based medicine while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and strong career

Qualifications

• Board certified with active unrestricted license.
• Unrestricted DEA license and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction.
• Must be eligible to participate in Medicare.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Clinic-based position providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborates with therapists and specialists to drive optimal clinical outcomes and case management.
• Adheres to Clinical Analytics relative to quality.
• Creates a professional and collaborative working environment with center staff.
• Ensures compliance with state practice acts, rules and regulations.
• Fosters collaboration, professionalism, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
• Maintains relationships with center clients and payers.
