Concentra is seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician to join our float team in Kentucky with a 4-day work week and a float stipend. The role emphasizes patient care, leadership, and collaboration with therapists to achieve optimal outcomes within a large organization.

Qualifications

• Board-certified advanced practice clinician with active state license.
• Unrestricted DEA and dispensing license for state of jurisdiction.
• Eligible to participate in Medicare.
• FMCSA NRCME certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Clinic-based position providing direct patient care, leading by example, and creating an exceptional patient experience.
• Collaborates with therapists and specialists to drive clinical outcomes and case management.
• Adheres to Clinical Analytics relative to quality.
• Creates a professional and collaborative working environment with center staff.
• Ensures compliance with individual State Practice Act/Rules and Regulations/WC.
• Fosters an environment of collaboration, professionalism, patient/colleague safety, quality care, continuous improvement and reward and recognition.
• Maintains relationships with center clients and payers.
• Promotes, cultivates, and exemplifies Concentra values for all clinic activities.
