Job summary

Vascular Centers of America is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for our Southfield, MI location to serve as the primary provider in a fast-paced outpatient vascular clinic. The role offers competitive salary with bonus potential and travel for initial training to Michigan and New York locations.

You will perform comprehensive evaluations, order and interpret vascular imaging, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians to plan treatments. Travel requirement applies for training programs.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan NP license required.
• Certification from an accredited NP program (FNP, AGACNP, ACNP, etc.).
• Minimum 1 year of NP experience required.
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Willingness to travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations for vascular conditions.
• Conduct focused physical assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic testing including vascular ultrasounds.
• Identify patients needing procedural intervention and coordinate with physicians.
• Provide pre- and post-procedure evaluations and follow-up care.
• Educate patients about vascular disease, risk factors, and lifestyle changes.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with ultrasound techs and clinical staff in a high-volume outpatient setting.
• Deliver high-quality patient care while maintaining efficiency.
