Location

Legacy is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner for our Bridgeport Clinic located at 18010 SW McEwan Road, Lake Oswego, OR.

Role

This is a Supportive NP role. LMG Primary Care utilizes Advanced Practice Providers to extend provider capacity and improve access by:

• Managing the Epic In-basket (patient messages, medication management, diagnostic results, and urgent issues).
• Seeing routine follow-up patients to improve access and reduce provider schedules, allowing more new patient visits.
• Handling same-day urgent care issues to minimize schedule disruptions, enhance access, and increase patient satisfaction.

Qualifications and Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Current Oregon NP license with Prescriptive Privileges.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Willingness to adhere to Legacy’s Values in Action guidelines.
