Job summary

QuadMed is hiring a Nurse Practitioner to join our Utz Quality Food clinic in Hanover, PA. Schedule: 40 hours/week. This position is located onsite in Hanover, PA, with a $15,000 signing bonus.

Outpatient only with a preventative medicine focus and EMR-Epic experience. Comprehensive benefits, annual holidays, CME support, and licensure reimbursement are provided. Qualifications

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner program from an accredited college/university.
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience.
• Ability to work independently.
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure.
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• NPI & DEA.
• Current National Board Certification.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a valid DOT Medical Examiner Certification, depending on job responsibilities or location.
