Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join the UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care team in Carlisle, PA. This full-time, hybrid role offers a dynamic urgent care environment and a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

You will work with an on-site team using EPIC EMR, X-ray, and point-of-care testing, with flexible scheduling Monday–Friday, plus weekend shifts. Requires Master’s with NCCPA (PA) or ANCC/AANP (NP) certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year full-time Emergency Medicine or 2 years Urgent Care experience required.
• Family Medicine experience may be considered (2 years).
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints) and preliminary reads on EKGs/X-rays.

Responsibilities

• Provide urgent care services in a hybrid clinic model.
• Collaborate with on-site Rad Tech and Medical Assistants as part of the clinical team.
• Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on efficiency and safety.
