Job summary

UPMC-GoHealth Urgent Care in the greater Pittsburgh area and locations across Pennsylvania and West Virginia is seeking experienced Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners to join our team.

We offer a sign-on bonus up to $15,000 for eligible candidates; benefits include a collaborative clinical environment with EPIC EMR, on-site X-ray, and a flexible schedule Monday through Friday with some weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 1 year of full-time Emergency Medicine experience or 2 years in Urgent Care; will consider 2 years in Family Medicine.
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints); preliminary reads on EKGs/X-rays.
• Experience treating patients ages 6 months and up in an acute care setting.
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification.
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and ANCC or AANP Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Emergency Medicine/Urgent Care settings.
• Collaborate with on-site Rad Tech and Medical Assistants as a clinical team leader.
• Deliver high-quality care while promoting patient safety and satisfaction.
