Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers in Jacksonville, FL, seeks a Nurse Practitioner to support patient care in an outpatient OUD program. You will perform intake, evaluations, and health screenings, while collaborating with physicians, counselors, and program leadership to ensure high‑quality care.

Responsibilities include physical exams on admission, medication management under state rules, and documentation. Florida NP licensure, DEA for buprenorphine, and Medicaid/Medicare credentials are required.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Florida.
• Active DEA license with ability to prescribe buprenorphine.
• Must have Medicaid/Medicare credential.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient intake, discharge and administrative procedures.
• Conduct physical examinations and health screenings on admission.
• Provide patient care and communicate with nursing staff, counselors and director.
• Review laboratory results with patients and coordinate follow‑ups.
• Label medication bottles in the absence of the Pharmacist and document clinical actions.
