New Season is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support outpatient treatment services for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder. You will perform patient evaluations, health screenings, and coordinate intake/discharge with the Medical Director while collaborating with nursing staff and counselors.

The role requires an active NP license, DEA registration with buprenorphine authority, and credentials with Medicaid/Medicare. Prior substance abuse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active state NP license in the clinic's state.
• Current DEA license with buprenorphine prescribing ability.
• Active Medicaid and Medicare credentials.
• Two years of substance abuse experience.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient evaluations and health screenings.
• Support Medical Director with intake, discharge and admin procedures.
• Conduct physical examinations at admission and review labs with patients.
• Apply medication changes and verbal orders per state rules.
• Refer patients to primary care providers when needed.
• Assist with training of nursing staff and supervise documentation.
• Provide reports and attend weekly staff meetings with counselors.
• Label medication bottles in the absence of the Pharmacist.
• Review and sign all clinical documentation forms.
