Job summary

Ideal candidates hold an active NM NP license, a DEA schedule II/III-C, and Medicaid/Medicare credentialing. The role emphasizes comprehensive care and collaboration within a treatment team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in NM.
• Must have a DEA registration for controlled substances (Schedule II, III C).
• Must be Medicaid/Medicare credentialed.
