The Department of Urology at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our inaptient and outpatient clinical team. This full-time (1.0 FTE) position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on the evaluation and management of both general and oncologic urologic conditions.

Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current WI RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP, ANP or ACNP.
Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the WI State Board of Medical Practice.
Additional Qualifications: Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required
