Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, seeks an Advanced Practice Provider to join our inpatient and outpatient urology team. The role supports evaluation and management of general and oncologic urologic conditions in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will assess patients, prescribe treatments, perform procedures, and educate/coordinate ongoing care. A strong team approach and commitment to quality care are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s-prepared graduate of an accredited nursing program and license as an APRN.
• PA: graduate of accredited PA program with NCCPA certification and WI PA registration.
• Active BLS certification and DEA registration required at start date

Responsibilities

The Department of Urology at Mayo Clinic Health System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our inaptient and outpatient clinical team. This full-time (1.0 FTE) position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on the evaluation and management of both general and oncologic urologic conditions.

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in this role, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary care team, providing comprehensive services that include:

• Thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Prescribing and managing pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments
• Performing office-based urologic procedures
• Delivering patient education and ongoing care coordination

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current WI RN and APRN license and certification as a FNP, ANP or ACNP.

Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the WI State Board of Medical Practice.

Additional Qualifications: Active BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required
