Job summary

One Medical is seeking a CA-licensed Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA) to join our hybrid, full-time clinical team at the Transbay Center Office. You will manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and preventive care, doing in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits.

This role includes weekly Clinical Rounds, collaboration with in-office and virtual teams, and opportunities to perform in-office procedures. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California by your One Medical start date.
• Within last 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least 2 years in outpatient primary care, OR 1 year outpatient with 1 year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with a broad array of needs: acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Treat patients in-office or at testing centers and conduct tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Use your clinical training to perform in-office procedures when needed.
• Be willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care in more states.

This is a hybrid full-time role based in our Transbay Center Office.

A typical full‑time (40 hour) weekly schedule consists of 24 hours of in‑office patient care, 8 hours of remote virtual patient care, and 8 hours for a remote non‑patient facing day. A sign‑on bonus and relocation assistance may be available for this role.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in‑office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele‑health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in‑office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in‑office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
  • 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
  • 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• Experience in LARC (IUD + Nexplanon) insertion and colposcopy procedures a plus

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $196,875 based on a full‑time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
