One Medical is seeking an experienced Advanced Practitioner to join our Redwood City, CA team. You’ll manage diverse patient panels with a mix of acute, chronic, and wellness visits, delivering care in-office, at testing centers, and via telehealth.

Join weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborate with both on-site and virtual teams to continuously improve outcomes. The role requires an accredited NP or PA program with national cert, CA licensure by start date, and 2+ years of outpatient primary care

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least: 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in outpatient primary care with a 1-year fellowship or 1+ year in urgent care.
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date.

Responsabilités

What You’ll Be Working On

• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is a full- time role based in Redwood City, CA

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $196,900 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
