One Medical is seeking a qualified NP or PA to manage a diverse patient panel in Burlingame, CA. The role includes in-office, testing center, and telehealth visits, with ongoing clinical rounds and collaboration with both in-office and virtual teams.

The ideal candidate completed an accredited NP or PA program with national certification, is state-licensed in California by start date, and has outpatient primary care experience.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
• Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
• Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
• Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
• Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, Licenses, And Experiences Required For This Role

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
• In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
• 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
• State licensed in California, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is a full- time role based in Burlingame, CA

One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

The base salary range for this role is $164,700 to $196,900 per year based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule.
