Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide patient-centered primary care in skilled nursing facilities around Bainbridge, GA. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with no on-call or overnight duties and opportunities to work with physicians and facility staff.

Expect about 15–20 patient visits per day, six-hour shifts starting between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m., and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
• Board Certification required for NP or PA as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board Certification, Nurse Practitioners: ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN. Physician Assistants: NCCPA
• Board Certified or Board Eligible: FM, IM, Geri, PM&R & ED
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team
