Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Orthopedics

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with extensive orthopedics experience, specifically in spine and sports medicine, to join our team. As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will deliver remote patient care consultations through our healthcare platform, focusing on personalized care and support.

Responsibilities

• Ask intuitive questions to identify causes of illness, injury, or medical issues
• Reach informed diagnoses based on scientific knowledge, medical history, exams, and tests
• Prescribe and interpret lab tests
• Prescribe medications and provide administration instructions
• Collaborate with physicians, PAs, NPs, and the healthcare team
• Continuously learn and innovate for improved patient outcomes
• Build trust and compassion with patients
• Adapt and address issues proactively for patient benefit

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or family medicine as an APP
• At least 5 years supporting spine and sports medicine in a busy outpatient orthopedic clinic, treating pediatric and adult patients
• Active, unrestricted license as an NP or PA to support patients from newborns onward
• Ability to provide compassionate care and establish rapport
• Strong understanding of examination methodologies, lab work, imaging, and diagnostics
• Broad knowledge of medications, side effects, and contraindications
• Respect for patient confidentiality and healthcare preferences
• Multiple APP licenses are advantageous
• Authorized to work in the United States

Pay Range: $55 - $75/hr

Amaze Health is located in the Denver Tech Center (DTC) at Belleview and I-25. Applicants within a reasonable commuting distance are expected to work in the office.
